What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to postpartum and mother-baby/couplet-care patients
• assess and monitor mothers and newborns
• identify and escalate changes in condition
• administer medications and treatments according to orders and protocols
• educate patients and families
• document in EPIC
• collaborate with the care team
• follow infection prevention and patient-safety standards
• float within scope as required.
