What you'll do

• Deliver operating-room nursing care according to standards and the nursing process
• supervise and direct nursing staff activities

• maintain sterile technique and assist with intraoperative care, instrument handling, and specimen labeling
• monitor patient status and document care
• support operating-room flow and compliance with hospital policies.
