Construction Management Intern

Job overview

The Construction Management Intern works onsite in Snoqualmie, WA, in both office and field environments. The expected hourly range is $20 to $30. Ardurra’s teams plan and deliver infrastructure projects, and this internship supports construction administration and field activities. Under general supervision, the intern assists field representatives and project team members with observations, document control, cost and schedule tracking, and coordination. The work provides practical exposure to construction management, project delivery, and contract compliance while supporting project objectives.

What you'll do

• Assist with field inspections, measurements, testing, and data collection
• organize construction plans, specifications, and contract documents
• help prepare meeting notes, technical memoranda, reports, and status updates
• assist with quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and vendor pricing requests
• support schedule and budget tracking, project records, bid documentation, construction administration, and closeout
• coordinate with project staff, consultants, and contractors.
