Job overview

The Manufacturing Technician — Medical Devices role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. Compensation is $45,000–$60,000 per year. LifeSprout develops biomaterial technologies and products designed to restore form and function for patients with soft-tissue loss. The technician supports production of in-process materials, components, and finished medical devices by following manufacturing protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices. The role contributes to consistent production and quality through equipment operation, documentation, process improvement, investigations, and validation activities.

What you'll do

• Operate electrospinning, cryomilling, plasma treatment, and chemical processing to produce composite materials
• support cross-functional research and development
• draft and improve work instructions, SOPs, and inspection procedures
• conduct manufacturing investigations, root-cause analysis, and trend analysis
• execute process validation activities.
