What you'll do
- Provide nursing care according to standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines
- plan and evaluate resident-specific interventions
- educate residents and families
- administer medications and treatments
- transcribe physician orders and document progress
- report condition changes
- identify skin changes and follow skin protocols
- order and report diagnostic tests
- coordinate rehabilitation with therapists
- monitor CNA documentation and assignments
- perform other nursing responsibilities as required by the State Nurse Practice Act.
