What you'll do

• Maintain the interior and exterior condition of the property

• develop and manage an on-call schedule with neighboring sites
• manage apartment turnovers, maintenance vendors, and onsite capital projects
• assist with property budgeting and cost effectiveness
• perform site inspections and coordinate maintenance work.
