What you'll do

• Review material requirements planning reports and requisitions
• release purchase orders and obtain supplier acknowledgments
• communicate forecasts to suppliers
• maintain inventory levels and planning metrics
• review shortages and excess
• manage supplier invoice approvals and resolve product, invoice, and receiving discrepancies
• coordinate with suppliers, receiving, and Accounts Payable
• follow up on late or missing shipments and expedite orders
• support cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and supplier identification.
