What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide service
• operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash
• communicate menu offerings, ingredients, and allergy-related information
• maintain the counter, pastry display, and retail products
• process and package orders, including third-party delivery and catering orders
• support baristas and front-of-house teammates during peak periods
• maintain cleanliness and complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning tasks.
