Restoration Supervisor

Job overview

The Restoration Supervisor role is onsite in Guaynabo, PR; compensation is $16 per hour. Cotton provides property restoration, recovery, construction, roofing, logistics, temporary workforce housing, and culinary services, including support during disaster events and large development projects. The supervisor leads and works alongside general labor crews on event-driven projects, helping complete restoration tasks safely, productively, and on schedule. The role supports project management by guiding crew work, training workers, and maintaining a positive team environment.

What you'll do

• Perform basic fire, water, and mold cleanup, including wiping down, packing, inventory control, debris removal, wrapping goods, and loading or unloading vehicles

• report as scheduled.
