What you'll do

• Lead structural design for folding cartons from brainstorming and sketching through prototyping and refinement
• apply design practices to meet customer requirements
• collaborate with clients to translate needs into manufacturable designs
• research materials, technologies, and market trends
• optimize substrates and components for availability, performance, and cost
• create and iterate CAD files, 2D/3D models, and displays, especially in ArtiosCAD
• operate and maintain a sample cutting table and manage related files
• coordinate between customers and production
• manage concurrent projects and deadlines.
