Clinical Development and Engagement Lead

The Clinical Development and Engagement Lead role is onsite in Addison, TX; compensation is not specified. The role supports MPOWERHealth’s Surgical Assist teams and their clinician experience, development, and retention. Using direct surgical clinical experience, the Lead assesses candidates and helps coordinate selection, onboarding, professional development, engagement, and integration. The role connects clinical leaders and support teams to strengthen the Surgical Assist workforce and its clinical readiness.

What you'll do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition on candidate reviews and selection
• assess surgical backgrounds and competencies
• develop interview tools and coach clinical leaders
• own and improve onboarding materials and workflows
• coordinate onboarding with HR, IT, Credentialing, Operations, and Talent Managers
• support clinical education, engagement, integration, and retention
• track lifecycle metrics and report recommendations
• travel as needed.
