What you'll do

• Coordinate front-end staffing, breaks, and daily assignments
• support checkout operations and customer service
• direct and coach cashiers
• respond to customer concerns
• assist with onboarding and employee records
• answer phones and office inquiries
• maintain signage and pricing communications
• assist management with administrative work and projects
• perform basic cash-office duties
• and help on registers or elsewhere in the store as needed.
