Job overview

The Formulator role is onsite in La Puente, CA, with compensation of $20.24 per hour. The position supports Red Ribbon Plant Operations’ food manufacturing production process. The role exists to prepare product mixes and ingredients according to standard recipes, product specifications, and food-safety requirements. It contributes to consistent production by receiving and weighing ingredients, preparing premixes, maintaining labeling and sanitation, and following inventory and safety practices.

What you'll do

• Receive raw materials and ingredients from the warehouse, confirm inventory, and follow handling and quality guidelines
• pre-weigh ingredients and bundle them in designated containers for production
• mix ingredients according to standard recipes and work-in-process procedures
• check premix labels and codes
• use, clean, and sanitize equipment, tools, utensils, and containers
• follow company policies and procedures for workplace and food safety, inventory, FIFO, GMP, HACCP, allergen controls, housekeeping, and sanitation.
