What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, blood bank, urinalysis, serology, and microbiology
• operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment
• perform quality control and calibration
• analyze and interpret results using professional judgment
• assist with phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed
• document and manage laboratory data in applicable EHR and laboratory systems
• follow laboratory procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
• and collaborate with laboratory and healthcare staff.
