What you'll do

• Manage customer retention and service recovery
• resolve billing, scheduling, membership, and service issues
• maintain customer records and reports
• support account management and administrative processes
• manage inventory, routine purchasing, and vendors across both schools
• and assist the Director of Operations with documentation and HR-related support.
