What you'll do

• Lead and manage surveillance teams supporting concurrent training lanes
• synchronize coverage, staffing, and resources across campuses and US training locations
• brief personnel on training objectives and safety protocols
• serve as Exercise Control Lead
• oversee exercise support
• provide instruction in surveillance photography, mobile and foot surveillance, and change-of-profile techniques
• coordinate scheduling, tasking, lodging, rental vehicles, infrastructure, and equipment
• monitor program expenditures
• develop procedures and training strategies
• assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
• coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
