Senior Naval Enterprise Network Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage NEN accounts, services, IMAC requests, hardware/software tracking, and inventory
• maintain site and deployment documentation in Navy Enterprise Tool systems
• schedule endpoint deployments and track equipment and shipping records
• coordinate service orders and training
• support file storage and permissions
• assist with transition planning, data migration, troubleshooting, and Tier 0/Tier 1 support
• maintain reports, databases, and standard operating procedures
• respond to incidents and service requests.
