Floating Leasing Consultant

The Floating Leasing Consultant role is onsite at the Fred community in Frederick, MD. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports S.L. What you'll do

• Abide by Fair Housing laws
• tour apartments with prospective residents
• run credit reports on prospective residents
• prepare lease packets
• inspect apartments before showing them
• maintain property traffic logs
• lease units
• provide information to prospective residents by telephone
• maintain a visible public-relations attitude toward current and prospective residents
• may assist with rent collection, bank deposits, errands, or resident retention activities.

Why this role
