What you'll do

• Confirm supplier acknowledgments and ship dates for critical-path and long-lead orders
• maintain and review past-due and at-risk purchase order reports
• follow up with suppliers and negotiate recovery dates
• evaluate expediting cost and schedule trade-offs
• place and revise purchase orders
• maintain scrum cards
• resolve receiving discrepancies, short shipments, and invoice mismatches
• report procurement metrics
• support sourcing and supplier relationships.
