Corporate Paralegal

What you'll do

• Research legal issues related to the home improvement industry, construction law, and state licensing requirements
• maintain matrices of state requirements
• summarize regulations and legal documents
• draft state licensing applications and lien filings
• assist with litigation and dispute resolution, discovery, response strategy, and arbitrations
• support routine customer non-payment matters
• manage responses to insurance subpoenas and wage garnishments
• apply checklists to leases, NDAs, and certificates of insurance
• communicate with business leaders, agencies, and outside counsel
• maintain legal files, records, and case information
• assist with compliance and regulatory matters.

Why this role
