Behavior Technician

What you'll do

• Implement BCBA-created behavior intervention plans
• deliver one-on-one instruction using ABA methods, including discrete trial training and naturalistic teaching
• collect and record behavior and progress data
• support communication, socialization, self-care, and independent-living skills
• create an engaging learning environment
• collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team
• communicate updates to clients and families
• participate in ongoing training.
