Operations and Maintenance Technician

The Operations and Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Bloomington, CA. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour. The technician maintains and operates combined heat and power systems and related equipment, following preventive maintenance schedules and documenting work. The role supports reliable site operations through inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, parts coordination, and safe work practices.

What you'll do

• Maintain combined heat and power systems
• follow preventive maintenance schedules
• inspect equipment and complete site walks
• perform routine greasing and oil top-ups
• record completed work in the CMMS
• identify parts and consumables needs
• troubleshoot basic electrical and sensor issues
• organize parts and tools
• dismantle and repair equipment
• use measuring tools and lifting equipment
• follow safety procedures
• support temporary line fabrication and related site work
• maintain calibration records
• inspect life-safety systems
• clean equipment and work areas
• serve as backup operator as needed.
