What you'll do

• Respond to resident maintenance requests
• complete make-ready and turnover work
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs across four or more trades
• follow safety procedures and document work orders and timesheets
• help maintain community appearance
• train entry- and general-level maintenance technicians
• participate in scheduled on-call rotations and be available for after-hours emergency repairs.
