Registered Nurse – Surgery

The Registered Nurse – Surgery role is onsite in Kenosha, WI. Compensation is $31–$46 per hour, depending on years of experience. The role supports patients through preoperative preparation, intraoperative care, and post-anesthesia recovery in collaboration with the surgical team. The nurse provides individualized, safe, and compassionate care across surgical phases, using assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role contributes to safe procedures and patient comfort through monitoring, coordination, education, and advocacy.

What you'll do

• Provide care to surgical patients across pre-op, intra-op, and PACU settings
• assist with procedures while following aseptic technique and infection-control standards
• administer medications and IV fluids and provide anesthesia support as directed
• anticipate surgical team needs
• monitor patients and respond to changes or emergencies
• educate and support patients and families
• maintain a prepared surgical environment
• and support orientation and training as requested.

Why this role
