What you'll do

• Gather customer requirements
• define service scope and develop costing and pricing strategies
• obtain technical and commercial quotations
• prepare proposals, tenders, and service quotations
• coordinate proposals with Sales and Service Managers
• support order management and communicate and schedule awarded work
• review contractual and financial requirements
• coordinate across internal teams and suppliers
• resolve customer issues
• help improve service sales and operational workflows.
