The Solder Machine Operator - Team Lead is an onsite role in Batavia, OH, paying $19.50–$23.00 per hour based on experience. The role supports electromechanical equipment operations for electronic circuit board assembly at QuickPro Staffing’s client site. This position leads the soldering cell’s daily production, coordinating schedules, staffing, quality, and output while operating and programming solder equipment. It also supports employee training and process improvements to help meet production and delivery expectations.

What you'll do

• Operate and program selective and wave solder equipment to IPC-A-610 acceptability standards
• review products and update production schedules
• verify manufacturing order quantities and complete builds
• monitor output and report order status
• coordinate workflow and staffing
• train cell employees
• monitor rejected boards and quality issues
• perform scheduled light equipment maintenance
• document downtime and ensure defective products are identified and quarantined.
