What you'll do

• Review production sheets and menus
• prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and supervisor instructions
• coordinate with kitchen staff to meet meal-service timing and quality needs
• check food taste, consistency, and presentation
• set up service lines and adjust production to maintain freshness and appropriate quantities
• clean work areas and equipment
• follow sanitary food preparation and storage procedures.
