What you'll do

• Oversee program operations, budgets, and staffing
• hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• develop policies and procedures
• ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices
• approve resident documentation and create treatment plans
• respond to emergencies and provide crisis management support
• coordinate safety inspections, fire drills, and training
• prepare reports and recommend program improvements.
