This position leads the global SRE organization at iCIMS, supporting the reliability and scalability of their enterprise hiring platform. The role exists to advance a modern SRE operating model, partner with cross-functional technical teams, and drive operational excellence. It contributes to the company's goals by improving service reliability, strengthening operational practices, and optimizing cloud financial management.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a globally distributed SRE organization.
• Define and execute SRE strategy and operating model.
• Partner with product engineering teams to establish SLIs and SLOs.
• Lead incident response and problem management.
• Drive observability standards.
• Manage cloud financial operations (FinOps).
