It also supports the summer internship program and helps hiring teams build candidate pipelines and deliver a consistent candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, pre-employment processes, and onboarding handoffs. Partner with hiring managers on requirements and recruiting strategies
• maintain candidate pipelines and records
• provide pipeline and market updates
• support internship recruiting and programming
• conduct compensation and market research
• track recruiting metrics
• participate in career events
• and follow applicable employment requirements.
