Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Care - Day Shift

The Physical Therapist (PT) is an onsite role based in Bronx, NY. Compensation is $70–$75 per visit for this contract role, which supports the home care rehabilitation team at VNS Health. This role exists to design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or accident, helping them regain independence in their homes and communities.
