What you'll do

• Lead NDE engineering and production inspection
• own the enterprise NDE strategy and technology roadmap
• develop, validate, and qualify inspection methods
• establish workflows, training, certification, calibration, equipment controls, and technical governance
• integrate inspection equipment and data into manufacturing execution and traceability systems
• support product development, process qualification, root-cause investigations, customer requirements, and acceptance criteria.
