What you'll do

• Handle member inquiries by phone and in person
• process transactions and maintain accounts
• open and close memberships
• establish digital services including SkyFone, iSky, Mobile Banking, and Bill Pay
• support consumer loan applications and payoff requests
• coordinate with internal partners on mortgages, IRAs, investments, and consumer loans
• follow policies, security requirements, and BSA/OFAC compliance.
