The Finance Manager, Wireless role is onsite in Littleton, CO, with annual compensation of $101,925–$137,500. The role is part of EchoStar’s Retail Wireless Finance team and reports to the Director of Financial Analysis. EchoStar’s business includes mobile plans and products as well as satellite television, streaming, and smart-home services. The manager leads financial analysis that informs strategic decisions and profitable subscriber growth. The role develops financial models, evaluates pricing and growth initiatives, synthesizes data for senior leaders, and partners across Sales, Product, Marketing, Accounting, and Operations while developing a team of financial analysts.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of 1–2 financial analysts
• build and manage financial models for business cases, pricing, ad hoc analysis, and capital investments
• perform NPV, DCF, and pro forma P&L modeling using wireless metrics
• synthesize datasets and present recommendations to senior leadership
• partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Accounting
• use AI-driven analytical systems to improve modeling and data synthesis.
