The role supports clients’ daily needs while following the RN Supervisor’s direction.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, mobility, toileting, meals, and medication reminders
• provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errands as indicated in the care plan
• observe and report changes to the RN Supervisor
• prepare and submit daily records
• participate in in-service education.
