The role leads investigations and continuous improvement while developing laboratory staff and partnering with quality, operations, supply chain, research and development, and commercial teams.
What you'll do
- Lead Chemistry and Microbiology laboratory operations and staffing
- oversee outsourced testing and external laboratory qualification
- maintain laboratory quality systems under ISO 17025, GLP, GMP, and applicable regulations
- ensure audit readiness, documentation control, data integrity, and traceability
- manage environmental monitoring
- lead investigations and CAPA
- oversee methods, analytical data, and equipment lifecycle
- monitor laboratory KPIs
- develop staff and training
- support audits and safe laboratory practices.

Why this role
Requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, or related science and at least five years of QC laboratory experience, including three years in a supervisory or laboratory management role. A master’s degree is preferred.
