Law Firm Intake Specialist

The Law Firm Intake Specialist role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Pay is $20–$25 per hour plus a bonus, depending on experience. The role supports Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys’ legal team by handling prospective-client intake and onboarding. The specialist listens to prospective clients, assesses case fit, explains the intake process, and gathers accurate information so qualified new cases can be handed off efficiently to attorneys and case managers. The role also supports follow-up and client-file administration.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries
• listen empathetically and assess case eligibility
• explain the intake process
• convert qualified leads into signed clients through professional communication and follow-up
• gather and document prospective-client information
• support onboarding and paperwork collection
• collaborate with attorneys and case managers on case handoffs
• work with marketing on outbound sales tactics and law-firm partnerships.
