• Help define and execute technology strategy and roadmaps
• support modernization initiatives involving cloud adoption, APIs, scalability, automation, and operational excellence
• coordinate cross-functional engineering teams
• oversee application architecture and solution development
• promote Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, automated testing, and reliability practices
• establish technical standards and governance
• develop and mentor engineering talent across multiple disciplines.
