What you'll do

• Evaluate process compliance and workflows
• identify systemic issues and contribute to corrective-action planning
• monitor regulatory metrics and committee reporting
• audit delegated claims, encounters, credentialing, language assistance, and program-effectiveness functions
• validate delegate reports and records
• assess compliance with DHCS, DMHC, CMS, NCQA, and contractual requirements
• monitor corrective actions
• support verification studies and external audit readiness
• collaborate with internal departments and external delegates.
