What you'll do

• Resolve complex incidents, service requests, and problems
• troubleshoot servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security systems
• perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• coordinate with vendors
• perform proactive upgrades, patches, and firewall changes
• respond to tickets under managed services SLAs
• mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
• lead upgrades, migrations, and major changes
• assist with incident response, vulnerability remediation, and security audits
• advise on technology strategy and risk mitigation.
