Operations Associate

The Operations Associate role is onsite in Newton Highlands, MA, with pay of $16.25 per hour. Gopuff’s operations team helps fulfill customers’ everyday essentials orders and support rapid delivery. The associate picks and packs orders, receives and manages inventory, maintains the facility, and supports food and beverage preparation where applicable. The work helps ensure accurate, safe, and timely order handoffs to partner drivers and customers.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack items for dispatch
• receive and unpack vendor pallets and reconcile inventory with purchase orders or invoices
• manage inventory and canceled orders
• clean and organize the facility
• manage waste and spoilage using FIFO
• contact customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items
• handle and move products safely
• prepare and package food and beverages
• follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• stage and hand off orders.
