The Experienced Caregiver role is onsite in Mount Carmel, TN, with pay of $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, including clients served through VA and CHOICES programs. What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands and assist with daily routines
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain a safe home environment
• report changes in client condition to the appropriate team member.
