What you'll do

• Set up projects in the accounting system
• review contracts and terms for compliance
• develop budgets, forecasts, and cost projections
• monitor costs, revenue, performance, and profitability
• prepare customer billings
• manage revenue recognition
• track receivables and support collections
• prepare monthly reports and variance analyses
• collaborate with Project Managers on risks and opportunities
• process modifications and change orders
• complete project closeout and reconciliations
