The developer creates technical learning experiences that help partners, solution engineers, professional services teams, and other technical audiences understand, demonstrate, and implement Freshworks solutions. The role translates complex product concepts into practical digital learning and improves readiness through assessment, feedback, and ongoing content updates.

What you'll do

• Design eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids, and learning paths
• create multimedia content using tools such as Articulate 360
• collaborate with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
• define learning objectives and course scope
• maintain technical certifications and readiness programs
• measure learning effectiveness and improve content.
