What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes and wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silver
• maintain dish-area cleanliness and safety
• monitor temperatures and chemical levels
• sweep and mop kitchen floors
• wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash and clean garbage cans
• transfer supplies and equipment
• help load and unload supplies and products
• perform other assigned duties.
