What you'll do

• Assist with launching the Appliance Department, including truck templates, inventory, hiring, and price book development
• review invoices, timecards, KPI reports, and job performance metrics
• learn and train to the Service Systems Process
• coach technicians through one-on-ones, training, and ride-alongs
• coordinate with customer service and dispatch
• resolve customer concerns requiring management involvement
• assist with service calls as needed
• promote continuous improvement.
