What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for service requests, renewals, and policy inquiries
• work with Client Executives and Advisors on insurance solutions
• participate in client meetings and renewal planning
• analyze policies and risks
• manage marketing, negotiations, carrier placements, and renewal proposals
• oversee endorsements and policy documentation
• liaise with clients and internal teams
• mentor junior team members
• delegate administrative tasks and maintain quality control.

Why this role
