What you'll do

• Drive cross-functional initiatives across hiring, customer delivery, go-to-market, and internal operations
• own strategic projects from problem framing through execution and measurement
• build operating cadence, priorities, metrics, and follow-through
• use AI tools to automate repetitive work
• take on emerging problems and develop repeatable approaches for handoff.
