What you'll do

• Coordinate patient visits to meet study protocols and schedules
• manage and develop Clinical Research Coordinators and other site staff through coaching, scheduling, reviews, and growth plans
• hire, onboard, and train team members
• monitor productivity, quality, patient flow, and schedules
• partner with physicians on study schedules and operational issues
• work with external research partners on site visits, trial progress, and study data quality and timeliness
• support revenue and profitability goals
• prepare teams for new studies and maintain protocol-compliant processes across clinics.
