What you'll do

• perform line-item takeoffs
• prepare labor, material, and subcontract cost estimates in CSI format
• consult with clients, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers
• process work orders and project buyout
• coordinate with design, architectural, sales, and customer service teams.
